[Pkg-samba-maint] Future of the evolution-mapi package

The OpenChange package, one of the dependencies for evolution-mapi,
is currently orphaned (http://bugs.debian.org/784938)

There are a number of problems with this package at the moment.

 * OpenChange is closely tied to Samba, and there is currently no
   version of OpenChange that works with newer versions of Samba
   This is preventing an upload of a Samba 4.3 to unstable.
   (http://bugs.debian.org/798313)

 * The package (it has a C++ component) needs to be migrated to G++ 5
   (http://bugs.debian.org/791224)

 * Upstream development has stalled

evolution-mapi is already described as deprecated in its description.
I'd like to request removal of both openchange and evolution-mapi from
the archive, unblocking the G++ 5 migration and upload of Samba 4.3.

If you think this is a bad idea, please speak up. If there are no objections,
I'll request removal of these two source packages in a couple of weeks.

Cheers,

Jelmer
