Essentially, just remove samba-dbg from files in debian/ and build with
a new enough debhelper (the one from stretch or later).

If you want to add a migration path from samba-dbg to the new -dbgsym
packages, check out the migration option (--dbgsym-migration) in the
dh_strip manual page, I don't think this is necessary though.
