Because that part is hard coded in the wscript files, giving
/usr/lib/<three-tuple>//ctdb, and I'm trying not to add extra patches
we don't need.

There is one exception, similarly: /usr/lib/<three
-tuple>//samba/smbspool_krb5_wrapper.

That is, we now set --libdir=/usr/lib/<three-tuple> and in the script,
and that seems to do reasonable things.

Talloc 2.1.6 broke a caller in Samba's dbcheck/provision code that was
casting another structure as a struct pytalloc_Object and expecting
that to be all OK.  We now check for such things and clearly deny it.
