[Pkg-samba-maint] talloc_2.1.6-2_amd64.changes REJECTED

Oops.  I think it picked up on a talloc-2.1.6.tar.gz I had downloaded,
unziped to check the GPG signature, and rezipped.  

How do I replace it with this one?  I guess it involves dcut from what
I read, so I tried:

dcut rm talloc_2.1.6-2_amd64.changes talloc_2.1.6-2.dsc

I guess I just need to wait now?
