[Pkg-samba-maint] Can someone help clean up the git wheezy and stable-update branches?

G'Day,

We had some mixups with the security team (missing updated NEWS files
etc) and we needed some urgent security-team uploads.  That meant what
I got into git and what got released are slightly different for what we
record in the wheezy and old-stable branches.  

Can someone with git access please help me out by just lining up the
repo with the sources and patches the actually got released, so we can
continue from here more easily?

That will help me put the time I have into fixing 3.6 rather than
fighting GIT, and so would be much appreciated.
