This second file (/usr/lib/x86-linux-gnu/cifs-utils/idmapwb.sonot known by dpkg.
it looks like it was installed without dpkg, or your dpkg db was
replaced/corrupted/...

Anyway, the new upload of cifs-utils removes the wildcard in postinst,
so it'll be fixed for you too.
