There is no such file in the 4.2.10 package; there is only a file
named libnon_posix_acls.so.0 - see

Again, this doesn't actually exist in the Jessie package. Did you perhaps have
samba packages provided by a different vendor (e.g. SerNet) installed
on this machine previously?
