What is the client?  Does Samba 4.4 work any better?

The most likely issue here is that our stricter NTLM server code is not
happy, but a proper network trace (.pcap format) uploaded as a private
attachment to a bug in Samba's bugzilla is the next step we need to
move this forward.

You should also change the password used in this log (it isn't
plaintext, but no NTLM mech is very strong).
