Hi - may I quickly ask about 4.1.17. This version is covered by security
patches as I see from bug 812429. How is this version maintained at 4.1.17
when the samba team push out new versions to deal with these
vulnerabilities?

I'm wondering that some issues I experienced with Debian-Stable Samba might
actually be fixed if upstream changes are rolled into 4.1.17.

Thanks
