This was a missing dependency that caused build problems. I have no
idea if it's still necessary; if the packages build without it you can
remove it.

It looks like most of the arch dependent files in that package are
used by the provisioning stuff. Perhaps we can add a arch-independent
'samba-setup-data' package?

This needs to be fixed upstream, and I don't think it's a big deal in
either case.

This is an information message, and it's correct that we have those
conflicts; I don't think we need to override it. We still need those
conflicts.
