[Pkg-samba-maint] Bug#840382: samba: After upgrade to 2:4.4.5+dfsg-3 samba crashes

I was also hit by this bug on 2:4.4.5+dfsg-3+b1.

As a workaround downgrading libtevent0 from 0.9.31-1 to 0.9.28-1 
ends the crashing and makes Samba work.
