Package: samba
Version: 2:4.5.12+dfsg-2+deb9u1
Followup-For: Bug #873073
Dear Maintainer,
I confirm the problem on a host upgraded from Jessie to Stretch.
As a workaround, I added an "up" option to the /etc/network/interfaces:
allow-hotplug eth0
iface eth0 inet dhcp
ethernet-wol g
up /bin/systemctl restart smbd.service || true
