[Pkg-samba-maint] Bug#837679: Workaround

Hi.

I had the same issue, which is probably rooted in runnig samba as an ad 
dc and a file server at the same time.

The result was that smbd and nmbd did not start any more while 
samba-ad-dc and samba were inactive.

Setting

server role check:inhibit=yes

in the smb.conf [global] section fixed iit.
