[Pkg-samba-maint] Bug#867688: Upstart files not removed on upgrade

Package: samba
Version: 2:4.6.5+dfsg-3
Severity: normal

The last upload of the samba package stopped shipping the upstart files,
but as the files are installed in /etc, they are not removed from the
disk during the update.

Shouldn't these files be explicitly removed?
