[Pkg-samba-maint] Packaging 4.7?

I know it is a lot to think about, but it would be really good to think
about packaging 4.7 as early as possible.

I'm going to start making a lot more fuss about the missing LDB read
locking in 4.6 and below as we get closer to a release:

It would be good if we could get a package folks can use.  I realise
that it is going to be difficult to backport (due to the required ldb
changes), but it would be nice if there were an experimental package
before we release 4.7.0, and an unstable one soon after.

(I also just think that 4.7 will be a really good Samba release)
