[Pkg-samba-maint] Bug#866125: samba: systemd's nmbd.service ignores "disable netbios = Yes"

Dear Maintainer,
     
    I tried to disable nmbd.service using /etc/samba/smb.conf "disable netbios = Yes" options. Although /etc/init.d/nmbd checks the option when starting the service, systemctl start nmbd.service does not.
