Again, what is needed here is Breaks+replace. Conflicts should only be
used on rare cases (i.e when the wrong file loaded would make a
program crash for example).

THere is a lintian warning explaining this:

would also help:

(NB: We have a lot of Conflicts in samba, and most or all of them
could just be breaks).
