This seems to include more changes than necessary. E.g. Samba 4.6.3 doesn't depend on a new nss-wrapper or cmocka as far as I can tell.

This package doesn't seem to have any actual changes in it. The changelog entry says "Build for jessie", but this upload would go to experimental. 

(New upstream versions shouldn't be uploaded to unstable until stretch is released, so that fixes for stretch can be propagated from unstable to stretch)

Please also note that the maintainer for this package is not the Samba packaging team, but another maintainer.

Same here. Why does this need a new version of cmocka?

(I haven't checked the other packages)
