[Pkg-samba-maint] Bug#878163: samba: Samba updates from Windows 10 fail because "Size on Disk" miscalculated

I am unsure whether this is a Samba bug or Windows SMB bug.  But, when I access
a Debian 9 "ext4" partition from my Windows 10 (admittedly downlevel) system,
the "Size on Disk" is grossly miscalculated by a factor of 10x or more!  This
can result in attempts to copy a file to the partition from the Windows system
"not being attempted" due to "lack of space" even though there is an enormous
amount of free-space on the partition!  I noticed that this miscalculation
occurs for for multiple file types including .doc and .jpg files but not all
such as .mp3, .m2ts and .vob containers?  Hope someone has some idea of why it
is occurring and whose bug it is.
