[Pkg-samba-maint] Packaging 4.7?

Hai mathieu, ( and others ) 

I was already preparing for git so i'll give it a go now. 

I've created a account on Alioth. I've been reading the link below. 

Which stats : 
Users with a full account on Alioth may maintain Git repositories published in their user namespace.  
But ive a account-guest, so i think, not a full account, so unable to login on git.debian.org. 
At least i could not figure this out. 

So, i've no problems in doing what you asked, but can someone lend me a hand here to setup? 
That would be nice.
