I don't think anyone will want this patch directly applied to the main 
branch, since it removes all Heimdal information and enforces MIT 
Kerberos compilation... I guess the modifications should include proper 
parameterization to enable clients to compile either Heimdal or MIT.

Should we first discuss this in this thread? Or will it be discussed 
during the evaluation of the merge request?
