[Pkg-samba-maint] Bug#901138: smb.conf: WARNING: The "syslog" option is deprecated

During a recent upgrade I noticed a warning from samba-common-bin about
the syslog option being deprecated. My samba smb.conf file is identical
to the one in the samba-common package so I think that needs to be
updated to remove the syslog option.
