Your problem looks different. Your idmap config is wrong.

Try somehting like this:

                    idmap config * : backend = tdb
                    idmap config * : range = 1000000-1999999

                    idmap config PHYSICS : backend  = ad
                    idmap config PHYSICS : range = 1000-999999
