*** Main problems ***

pytalloc{,_}.* are GPL, not LGPL.

buildtools/ directory is not LGPL-3+ but several different licenses.
Presumably third_perty/waf has the same license?  Needs clarifying in
d/copyright, and all the copyright holders listing.

*** Minor issues ***

License of lib\replace\getaddrinfo.* is wrong.

lib/replace/poll.c, lib/replace/replace.c, lib/replace/strptime.c,
lib/replace/xattr.c, pytalloc{,_}.*, test_pytalloc.* -- not all
copyright holders given in d/copyright

lib/replace/snprintf.c not accounted for.
