No, I can't.

I actually moved the server to a different physical machine three
years ago, by installing a new system and configuring it with
salt/ansible the same way as the old one (which is what I usually do
when moving a server).

If I remember well, I think this is what made the panics to go away.
My theory at the time was that some binary file which stored status
was corrupt and the reinstall made such binary file to be sane again.

So I'm ok with this bug being closed, as I lost the possibility to
reproduce it. You can mark it as fixed in the stretch version.
