Buster is currently frozen and will ship with 4.9. However, we can
work on experimental about this. Do you want "Developer" access?

Also, disco is in two month, this looks very short as 4.10 changes the
whole python stuff. Maybe you can stick with 4.9 for disco and we can
work together after?
