[Pkg-samba-maint] Bug#918564: Real libparse-pidl-perl version number is different from its source package

Hello,

binary package libparse-pidl-perl is built from source package samba, however its version number (0.02, as in pidl/lib/Parse/Pidl.pm in unstable as of now) is different from the source package (4.9.4). This might result in confusion:

andrius at amalas:~$ dpkg -s libparse-pidl-perl | grep ^Version
Version: 2:4.9.4+dfsg-1
andrius at amalas:~$ perl -le 'use Parse::Pidl; print $Parse::Pidl::VERSION'
0.02

Moreover, this mismatch causes nontrivial translation of CPAN dependencies (where the most recent version is 0.02) to Debian ones. A solution would be to split off the source of libparse-pidl-perl from samba to preserve the upstream's version number.
