this is purely theoretical issue as of now. I came across the embedded source of Parse::Pidl in wireshark package (#918089), and while looking for replacement to it I was surprised to find libparse-pidl-perl with much higher version number in Debian package archive.

Probably it's not worth the hassle with an epoch for now. I thought that '+really0.02' suffix would be enough to fix it.
