[Pkg-samba-maint] Bug#950744: ctdb: Several directories need to be created for ctdb to start

Dear Maintainer,

Setting up ctdb for the first time on buster I discovered it refused
to start until the following dirs got created. This should likely happen
at install time instead being of being manual:

/var/lib/ctdb/volatile
/var/lib/ctdb/persistent
/var/lib/ctdb/state
/run/ctdb/
