[Pkg-samba-maint] Bug#949394: libsmbclient: smbclient and others cannot rename remote files

By reverting libsmbclient to stretch version, correct behaviour is
restored: 

$ sudo apt install smbclient/stretch libwbclient0/stretch
samba-libs/stretch libsmbclient/stretch libldb1/stretch 

$ dpkg -l libsmbclient 
Desired=Unknown/Install/Remove/Purge/Hold
