The issue seems to have been resolved in the latest apt update

The following packages were automatically installed and are no longer required:
  libpython3.8 libpython3.8-minimal libpython3.8-stdlib python3.8
  python3.8-minimal
Use 'apt autoremove' to remove them.
The following NEW packages will be installed:
  libpython3.9 libpython3.9-minimal libpython3.9-stdlib python3.9
  python3.9-minimal
The following packages will be upgraded:
  libldb2 libpython3-stdlib libsmbclient libtalloc2 libtdb1 libwbclient0
  python3 python3-ldb python3-minimal python3-samba python3-talloc python3-tdb
