[Pkg-samba-maint] Bug#1008923: please update libsocket-wrapper to a more recent version (1.3.3)

Current samba (4.16) testsuite requires soket-wraper to be >= 1.3.3,
so it fails right at the configure stage. I'll try to quickly update
the package locally to see how it goes, but it would be really nice
to have it in debian already.
