These are internal samba testing utilities that can be aimed at other
servers.

My view is that in upstream Samba they should be built unless --enable-
selftest is specified, and certainly should not be installed.  

However Fedora also builds a similar package.

It should not be packaged in my view.

I suggest raising this on samba-technical, perhaps we can get this
moved to the --enable-selftest build at least.
