[Pkg-samba-maint] subscribing to packages mailing lists

Hello!

I do receive emails from salsa when something happens with the samba
repository, and - hopefully - from pkg-samba-maint at alioth too.

But I don't receive emails when somethig happens with other repositories
(such as talloc and tevent).

Where are the settings for these?

A somewhat related note: I see more and more usage of addresses like
team+PACKAGE at tracker.debian.org in d/control's Maintainer: field.
Do you know how to use these, how to subscribe/unsubscribe?
