Dear Maintainer,

After upgrading a server running buster, to bullseye.
samba users can no longer print as a normal user.

It works well in 2:4.9.5+dfsg-5+deb10u3 on buster.
After upgrade to 2:4.13.13+dfsg-1~deb11u2 on bullseye it no longer works.

There is a samba bug for this with id #14867 that affect 4.13.

the patch needs to be included in 4.13 since it's only fixed in later versions upstream.
