Dear Maintainer,

with latest Samba in Debian sid, testparm fails if /run/samba does not
exist:

  $ testparm /etc/samba/smb.conf --suppress-prompt
  Load smb config files from /etc/samba/smb.conf
  Loaded services file OK.
  Weak crypto is allowed by gnutls library

  ERROR: lock directory /run/samba does not exist

  WARNING: pid directory /run/samba does not exist

  [...]

  $ echo $?
  1

I have submitted a merge request with a tentative fix (not tested yet,
but seems straightforward):

Best,

  Arnaud
