Oh. Indeed it is the case, and indeed, it is definitely not intended.
I'm adding another build-time check for this as has already been done
for other interdependencies, and moving another lib between packages.

Oh well.

I did check if samba package works, which was the main question, but
didn't thought about this scenario.
