d/control: add Breaks: older samba-ad-dc by samba (#1076196)

It is possible to have old (before we moved ad-dc-related files
from samba to samba-ad-dc, which happened in 2:4.20.1+dfsg-2)
samba-ad-dc package installed with new samba, - so samba-ad-dc
functionality wont be available even if samba-ad-dc is installed.
