[Pkg-samba-maint] Bug#1092881: libtevent0t64: breaks itself

Dear fellow maintainers,

libtevent0t64:i386 2:0.16.1+samba4.21.3+dfsg-5 breaks libtevent0:amd64 
(<< 2:4.21.3+dfsg-5), and vice-versa, resulting in errors during upgrade 
for them and dependent packages (samba-libs, libsmbclient0 and libldb2 
for both amd64 and i386).

I had to downgrade to previous version (4.21.3+dfsg-4 and 
2.10.0+samba4.21.3+dfsg-4) of all those packages to repair the system.
