This team is about maintaining the packages.

If all you want is update due to needs of reverse dependencies, then 
please follow standard procedures for NMUs instead.

I notice that you've already released ruby-compass_1.0.3~dfsg-2, even 
before getting a response for your request for joining the team.

It is *not* ok to make such uncoordinated release!
