ruby-devise and ruby-open-build-service build failed with below error.


Bundler could not find compatible versions for gem "sass-listen":
  In Gemfile:
    sass-rails (~> 5.0) was resolved to 5.0.6, which depends on
      sass (~> 3.1) was resolved to 3.5.1, which depends on
        sass-listen (~> 4.0.0)

Could not find gem 'sass-listen (~> 4.0.0)', which is required by gem
'sass (~>3.1)', in any of the sources.


Autopkgtest of ruby-sass-rails is also failing
(https://ci.debian.net/data/packages/unstable/amd64/r/ruby-sass-rails/latest-autopkgtest/log.gz).
