Ah, ok.

I am not familiar with that, and don't want to invest time at the moment 
in exploring that personally.

If you are more familiar with how they maintain packages in the Ruby 
team, then maybe makes more sense that you maintain this package there 
instead of here?

If you choose to do that, then you are still quite welcome to stay 
member of this team - even if not working on any of the packages here: 
That might help in noticing some details in how other packages are done 
here worth carrying over to your package.  Not sure - just suggestions.
