Again I disagree: We must include verbatim the licensing of the package 
- but I interpret that as we must include the licensing that we make use 
of for our redistribution, not that we must include verbatim any and all 
licensing that is mentioned as offers to us by upstream.

In this case it was not a big deal - both the offered licenses were 
clearly defined (or not - hence my dialogue with upstream leading to 
their cleanup), and both are small to include (thanks to GPL-2 being in 
our common-licenses).

If you insist that alternate licensing offers not actually used by us 
must be included verbatim too in our copyright file, it will have 
consequences for a) packages expressing vague alternatives difficult to 
locate verbatim if only referenced by upstream, and b) massive expansion 
in size when alternatives include e.g. locale-specific CC licenses 
(concretely the case for lib*-perl packages authored by Toby Inkster).

If you do not change your mind on this (as principle, for this concrete 
package it will be solved with next upstream version), I believe it is 
best to share that interpretation more widely.  Or is it already 
explicitly declared somewhere?
