[Pkg-sass-devel] Bug#770651: remove rb-fsevent dependency from compass.gemspec

please remove the following line from cli/compass.gemspec

 gemspec.add_dependency 'rb-fsevent', '>= 0.9.3'

this library is mac only and not present in debian.

I use 'bundle install --local' command to check if all dependencies are
present when building diaspora and this line makes that command to fail.
