Bug#560030: libsdl-pango-dev fails to place header in correct location

raising severity level.  this issue has some pretty serious consequences
since it makes it impossible to build an application that uses sdlpango.
it would be a shame to ship squeeze with this kind of showstopper.

i have attached a debdiff that fixes the problem.
