Bug#638846: Please rebuild libsdl-image1.2 with up-to-date libjpeg

When linking program with libsdl-image1.2 I keep having
linker warning like that:

/usr/bin/ld: warning: libjpeg.so.62, needed by /usr/lib/libSDL_image.so, may conflict with libjpeg.so.8

So I think its now time to rebuild against  libjpeg.so.8.
