Hello Im intrested in getting this package updated to 2.0.10 in
Ubuntu, I contacted the current Debain maintainer and asked if he was
willing to pass on the project to me. Due to the way Ubuntu's
launchpad is setup it appeared that he was maintainer of the Ubuntu
package as well. So after the confusion was sorted out, he recommended
that I contact this mailing list and 'work at the source' to update
both Debian and Ubuntu in one shot, and I agree, it would be better
all around. However I do not really know anything about how the Debian
packaging systems works aside from what Ubuntu copied, and could use a
push in the right direction.
