Package sdl-ttf2.0

Hello,

I'm currently preparing the package sdl-ttf2 in mentors.debian.net and I
would like to know if your are interested in sponsoring the package and/or
co-maintain it in Debian's SDL packaging team.

I have already contacted Samuel Mimram the old maintainer and he said I
could adopt the package because he won't have time to handle it.

I have an other question related with the "merge" between the pkg-sdl and
pkg-games teams...
What is the current situation? The last message I found in the mailing list
mentioned a possible merge but nothing concrete.

If you are not interested or if you think I should go directly to the
mentors list in search of a sponsor please say so.

I'm not really experienced with Debian packages but I'm interested in
contributing and improving both Debian and my skills, joining a team
would probably be the best option at the moment for me.
So I would like to join your team (or migrate if the rest of you to the
games team if that's what are being prepared).
