Note that popcon for the -dev package is quite high (about the same as the 
popcon for the library). I guess most user will use popcon for their own 
application

Wheezy would be stuck with sdl-stretch 0.3.1-1. 

Let's not sit on a fence: either we maintain it, or we ask for removal. Given 
that the maintainance load is quite low, let's upload it and mostly forget 
about it.
