We're not managing SDL_sound

Hi,

In sync with upstream and the maintainer is active.  The package
itself seems to be in good shape (bug-wise), not in perfect shape in
some areas (standards policy and lintian warnings, watch files, etc):

Anyway, for completion we can invite the maintainer to join the team,
what do you think?
